Instead of exotic citrus: Sicilian and Calabrian oranges, Ciaculli mandarins, Amalfi lemons: world-class excellence at nearly zero kilometers.

It's not about eliminating exotic fruit, but contextualizing it. One Fairtrade banana per week: it makes sense, the environmental cost is manageable.
